Sherwin O. Zuñiga is a distinguished media professional, community leader, creative executive, entrepreneur, and aspiring fashion designer with more than 17 years of experience spanning executive management, journalism, event production, communications, talent development, and community service in Saudi Arabia and the Philippines.
He currently serves as Regional Managing Director and Office Manager of a respected digital marketing agency in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he provides strategic executive support and contributes to operational leadership and organizational development.

Sherwin has established a strong presence in media as a journalist and news correspondent for ABS-CBN TFC Middle East News Bureau and The Filipino Correspondent Network. He has also served as Show Host and Technical Director of OFW Kabayan Diaries, an online talk-show platform featuring the stories, triumphs, experiences, and challenges of Overseas Filipino Workers.
Through journalism and community storytelling, he has helped bring greater visibility to the achievements and concerns of Filipinos living and working abroad. His passion for communication and public service has made him a respected voice within the Filipino diaspora.
MAKING HISTORY THROUGH PHILIPPINES NIGHT
One of Sherwin O. Zuñiga's most significant professional achievements was his involvement as Content Manager and Show Director of Jeddah Season Philippines Night 1, 2, and 3, under the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority (GEA).
Featuring renowned Filipino artists and performers, including Yeng Constantino and Erik Santos, the event became a significant celebration of Filipino culture, entertainment, and community unity in the Kingdom.
Sherwin made history as the first director to lead and manage Jeddah Season Philippines Night for three consecutive years, beginning with the opening of Saudi Arabia's entertainment sector in 2021 and continuing through the challenging pandemic period.
The success of the Philippine community celebration helped demonstrate the potential of large-scale multicultural events in the Kingdom and was followed by celebrations highlighting other international communities. Philippines Night became a landmark occasion that showcased Filipino talent, culture, and unity to thousands of attendees.
CREATIVE ENTREPRENEUR AND FASHION VISIONARY
Sherwin is the Founder, Director, and Overall Creative Head of Mr. Blue Initiatives and Productions (MBIP), a Filipino community-based organization dedicated to talent development, cultural promotion, charitable initiatives, and community empowerment.
He is also the visionary Fashion Designer and Creative Director behind MBIP Wardrobes. Since 2016, he has designed and produced suits, gowns, Barong Tagalog, Filipiniana gowns, cultural attire, themed costumes, and stage wardrobes presented in beauty pageants, fashion events, cultural celebrations, and entertainment productions throughout the Middle East and the Philippines.
His creative portfolio extends beyond fashion. He is also a songwriter, talent manager, concert producer, host, creative director, and mentor, contributing his skills to numerous entertainment, cultural, and community projects.
EMPOWERING FILIPINO ARTISTS
Sherwin is likewise the Founder of the Filipino Artists Guild KSA (FILARTS KSA), an organization established to unite, develop, and promote Filipino artists, performers, creatives, and cultural advocates throughout Saudi Arabia.
Through FILARTS KSA and his broader community involvement, he has helped create opportunities for Filipino talents to develop their skills, showcase their creativity, and participate in meaningful cultural activities.
A DECADE OF COMMUNITY SERVICE
For more than a decade, Sherwin has been actively involved in the OFW community, leading outreach programs, humanitarian initiatives, leadership activities, and charitable projects designed to uplift and empower Filipino migrant workers.
His continuing involvement in community service has also led to invitations as a guest speaker, resource person, master of ceremonies, and judge for singing competitions, beauty pageants, dance championships, talent searches, leadership forums, and educational programs.
