At the heart of the organization is JSL Security Agency, Inc., founded by President and General Manager Mr. Juanito Sy Lua Jr., a seasoned security specialist and accredited trainer. The company began its journey in November 2008, initially registered as a sole proprietorship with the Department of Trade and Industry, before evolving into a corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 12, 2014.
From its beginnings, JSL has pursued a clear objective: to provide dependable security solutions while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service. Its experience in the industry has enabled the organization to develop a team of dynamic professionals equipped with technical knowledge, discipline, determination, and a genuine dedication to serving clients.

The JSL Security Group Building, a four-storey facility located at Barangay Bagong Lipunan ng Crame, Quezon City, serves as the home of the group's operations and related organizations. The facility houses JSL Security Agency, Inc., Formula4 Security Agency, Inc., and Guard Skills Development Security Training and Assessment Center, Inc.
This integrated structure reflects the group's commitment not only to security services, but also to training, professional development, and the continuing advancement of security personnel.
